The AE4000, designed specifically for integration with Advanced Elements pumps, is a convenient combination of an inflation gauge and a Spring™ valve adapter, compatible with any Advanced Elements model (2006 and newer) featuring the proprietary Spring™ valve. To use, detach the Spring™ valve adapter from the gauge housing, connect the gauge housing in-line between the pump's T-handle and the inflation hose, and attach the Spring™ valve adapter to the other end of the hose. This setup ensures a dependable gauge reading during inflation. Alternatively, you can use the Inline valve adaptor as a handheld gauge by keeping the Spring™ valve adapter in place on the gauge housing and threading the adapter onto your kayak's Spring™ valve. The AE4000 is suitable for all kayak models 2006 and newer with a Spring™ valve, and it fits Advanced Elements pump models AE2001, AE5001, and AE2009.
